Doris May Walters
Provo - Doris May Walters, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Walters, Orem, died Friday at the Utah Valley Hospital following a month-long illness.
She was born Nov. 22, 1935, at Murray, a daughter of Joseph F. and Elladean Doty Walters. She moved with her family to Orem in July, 1944, and continued her schooling there. She began her education in Murray. Before her illness she was a student in the Lincoln Junior High School at Orem.
A member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she was active in Mutual Improvement Association work and the 4-H Club.
Surviving are her parents; five brothers and two sisters: Joseph F. Walters Jr., Pleasant Grove; Neldon Dean Walters, Riverton; Alma Lamar Walters, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Gordon (Bertha) Eastman, Provo; and Byron, Louis and Karen Walters, Orem, and two grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Sullivan, Murray.
