Lamar Walters Lookin' for Gold!
Alma Lamar Walters passed away February 25, 2006 surrounded by his family. He was born June 14, 1928 in Murray, Utah to Joseph and Elladean Walters. He married Idona Fox, April 29, 1951 in Elko, Nevada; later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple.
Survived by his wife; children, Larry (Laura), Kellie (Sherman) Green, Tracy (Sandy); son-in-law, Eddie; 10 grandchildren; 16 1/2 great-grand-children and siblings, Neldon, Bertha, Lewis, and Karen. Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sandra Walter; grandson, Norman; brothers, Joe and Byron and sisters, Delores and Maryellen.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 2nd, 11:00 a.m. at Cannon 4th Ward, 1301 S. 1200 W. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road and one hour prior to services at the church.
